MMA 2027 – Flexible and Smart Technologies for Advanced Manufacturing continues the tradition of the 16th International Scientific Conference MMA, organized by the Department of Production Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Since its establishment in 1976, the MMA conference has been held every three years and has grown into a recognized scientific and professional event in the field of manufacturing technologies and production engineering.
The conference serves as a meeting platform for researchers, academics, engineers, and industry experts who are engaged in research and development of advanced manufacturing systems. Its goal is to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge, present recent research results, and discuss emerging trends and challenges in modern manufacturing environments.
The 2027 edition of the conference will focus on flexible and smart technologies that enable the transformation of modern production systems, including intelligent manufacturing, digital integration of production processes, advanced machining technologies, production planning and optimization, modeling and simulation of manufacturing systems, as well as metrology and data-driven monitoring of industrial processes.
MMA 2027 aims to strengthen the connection between academic research and industrial practice, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer between universities, research institutions and industry. The conference will provide an opportunity for participants to present innovative solutions, discuss technological developments, and explore future directions in advanced manufacturing.
Through the exchange of knowledge and experience among international participants, MMA 2027 contributes to the advancement of modern production technologies, digital manufacturing systems and sustainable industrial development.
